Champ Design was founded in 2024 by a father-and-son team in Ontario, Canada — built on a proud legacy of karting. Racing runs deep in our family. My grandfather raced. My dad raced. And I started racing at the age of 6 in 2002. Over the next 10 years, I earned 12 championships across Québec and Ontario, competing at the highest levels of karting. That experience on the track fuels everything we do at Champ Design.
From the Track to the Workbench
Champ Design was born from a passion for racing and the need for high-quality, reliable parts. We know what it’s like to demand performance from every component because we’ve been there ourselves. That’s why we use cutting-edge 3D printing technology—like the Bambu Lab X1 Carbon—to design and produce custom go-kart parts that are lightweight, durable, and ready to perform.
